The fully e-commerce enabled site was designed with a vibrant style that appeals to handymen and women, DIY’ers (Do It Yourself), and those who enjoy doing projects around the home. Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or a novice looking to build up a tool collection, The Handy Box offers something for everyone. Visitors can get information on what to expect inside the The Handy Box, how the subscription works, and how to sign up. As a customer, users can manage their account profile, subscription status, and billing information through the site’s secure subscription platform. For those who are interested in purchasing past boxes or individual items, The Handy Box store makes the shopping process swift and easy.

From LED headlights and 25-piece socket sets to multi-tools and leather tool belts, The Handy Box brings a variety of innovative and “handy” items right to your door. When our team sat down to create The Handy Box’s new brand, we wanted to place an equal emphasis on tools and gadgets. While a tool audience and a gadget audience have many similarities, there are subtle differences between them that ultimately have a major impact on the design direction. The site design and logo were created to address both audiences.

Now more than ever, having a quality product alone just isn’t enough to obtain the competitive edge needed to succeed in today’s online market. The product needs to be backed by top notch customer service as well. This being the case, the ThreeCell team implemented a full customer support ticketing system that allows the company to stay connected to its customer base. Customers can make use of this convenient interactive tool or get answers to general questions by visiting the FAQ page.

ThreeCell was also responsible for the design of The Handy Box’s logo. It features a bright color scheme that closely mirrors the brand of the site. The smiling cog in the middle of the emblem serves as a fitting representation of The Handy Box brand.
