Since beginning in 1995, the company has always taken a customer first approach to business. Keeping customers up to date on all aspects of their services has helped position the company as major player in the ISP and tech space. US Internet has long prided itself on the quality of its customer relations. As our team sat down at the design table, we were mindful of this fact and knew this would greatly shape the creative process. It’s a common trend for technology websites to focus on showing off the company’s hardware and/or software. While the technical aspects of a company’s services are most important, the “human” element can’t be overlooked. Given our client’s reputation for customer service, we balanced the tech photos with personal ones. Most if not nearly all of the banners have artistically combined imagery of both people and hardware. This was done to depict a style that represented the company’s hands on approach and commitment to pushing the limits of its industry.
